Each child is required to have a registration form, physical examination form, a 2” x 2” photo and a final 2011-2012 report card on file with the association before they can be certified for participant by the conference. The report card should be brought to the parent meeting at the start of the season. For insurance reasons and for the safety of your child, we must have a completed registration form and physical form prior to participating in practice. In order to have your child ready to participate in the first scrimmages and games of the season, we recommend that you get your physical done by your private physician at the start of the summer, rather than the start of the season. No exceptions to this rule will be permitted. League rules require that football players have a minimum of 10 hours of conditioning prior to putting on full equipment and participating in contact drills with their teammates. 10 additional of training is required prior to competing against an opposing team. So in order to participate in the first scrimmage of the season, we need your child to be ready to start practice on August 1.
